Chongxin County is located in the eastern part of Pingliang City, Gansu Province, China, at the southern foot of the Loess Plateau in Longdong, an important node of the ancient Silk Road. With a total area of 850 square kilometers and a population of about 100,000, the county is predominantly Han Chinese, with Hui and other minorities living in harmony. The climate is temperate and semi-arid, with four distinct seasons and an average annual temperature of about 10℃.
Chongxin County has historical sites such as Longquan Temple and Wulong Mountain, among which the Longquan Temple Grottoes of the Tang Dynasty is a national key cultural relics protection unit. The local specialties Chongxin apples and houma oil are famous, and coal resources are rich in reserves. In recent years, it has been actively developing cultural tourism and specialty agriculture, and is regarded as an important part of "Longdong Granary".

The economy is based on agriculture, industry is based on coal mining and agricultural product processing, and ecotourism and new energy industries are being actively cultivated, making it one of the key counties for rural revitalization in Gansu Province.
Ruby is a small incorporated town in Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana, United States, located about 60 miles northeast of the state capital of Baton Rouge and adjacent to the Mississippi border, and characterized by a quiet rural atmosphere and a deep community culture. Sparsely populated, with fewer than 500 people according to the most recent census, the town dates back to the late 1800s and, with its early rise to an agricultural economy (e.g., cotton and soybean farming), still retains the rustic look of a traditional Southern town. The town's landmarks include a century-old community church and several Victorian-style homes, and the annual fall "Ruby Family Day," which blends elements of local Cajun and Creole culture, has become a shared memory for the surrounding residents. Despite its small size, Ruby epitomizes the serenity of the American countryside with its simple folk and distinctive Louisiana southern flavor.
