Chihshang is a tourist township located in the northern end of Taitung County, Taiwan, China, in the center of the Huadong Longitudinal Valley Plain, known throughout Taiwan as a high-quality rice producing area. With an altitude of about 260 meters above sea level, the climate is pleasant, with an average annual temperature of about 23℃.
