Cheng'an County, belonging to Handan City, Hebei Province, is located in the hinterland of the South Hebei Plain, with longitude of 114°29′-114°53′E, latitude of 36°18′-36°30′N, neighboring Weixian County in the east, connecting with Handan City in the west, connecting with Linzhang in the south and Guangping in the north, and has been an important transportation node in the North China Plain since ancient times. Sui Kaihuang six years (586) set up the county, has been more than 1,400 years of history, is one of the important birthplace of the "Handan idiomatic allusion culture", the territory remains Xunzi cultural sites and other humanistic imprints.
