Changyang Tujia Autonomous County in Hubei, located in the southwest of Hubei Province, the middle and lower reaches of the Qingjiang River, belonging to the city of Yichang, is the ecological gateway to the south of West Hubei and the treasure of ethnic culture. It is famous for the "Qingjiang River Gallery", which is a national scenic spot and the core area of 5A scenic spot, with the strange peaks stacked on both sides and the turquoise water like a mirror, and the reputation of "the most beautiful tributary of the Three Gorges". As the second Tujia autonomous county in China, Changyang retains a rich ethnic flavor: non-heritage cultures such as Silankappu brocade, Sa Ye'erho funeral songs and dances, and Nanqu are inherited here, Tujia footstools are built on the mountains, and traditional festivals such as June 6 are bustling with excitement. In addition, Changyang is also the "Hometown of Chinese Konjac", rich in fish, potatoes and other specialties, a collection of natural wonders, ethnic cultures and ecological products, is the ideal destination to experience the Tujia style and the beauty of the landscape.
Khost is the capital of Khost Province in the eastern province of Afghanistan, adjacent to the Pakistan border, and is one of the major transportation hubs between Afghanistan and South Asia. The city is centered on the Pashtun culture, and the local population is mostly engaged in farming and herding, with fruits (e.g., pomegranates, grapes) and handicrafts as its characteristic products. As a key link between Afghanistan and Pakistan, Khost has played an important role in historical trade and cultural exchanges, but has faced certain challenges to its development in recent years due to the regional situation. Nevertheless, its unique geographical location and multiculturalism have made it a central city in eastern Afghanistan that cannot be ignored.
