Located in the northern part of China's Zhejiang Province, Changxing County is part of Huzhou City and is situated in the central region of the Yangtze River Delta, making it an important industrial base and ecological demonstration area in the province. It has a total area of 1,430 square kilometers and a population of about 640,000 people.
Changxing's economy is dominated by new energy, electronic information, and equipment manufacturing, and it has a national-level economic and technological development zone. The local specialty "Changxing Purple Bamboo Shoots Tea" was a tribute product in Tang Dynasty, and the ruins of the Tang Dynasty Tribute Tea House are preserved. The geological site of Golden Nail and the Yangtse Alligator Nature Reserve are its landmark natural landscapes.
The transportation network is well-developed, with Hangzhou-Nanjing High Speed Railway and Shen-Su-Zhe-Anhui High Speed Railway running through the whole area, and it is within 2 hours' drive from Hangzhou and Shanghai. In recent years, it has focused on the development of green energy industry, and is known as "China's green power energy center".
São Tomé and Príncipe is an island country in west-central Africa, consisting of the islands of São Tomé and Príncipe and the surrounding islets, with the capital, São Tomé, located in the northeastern part of São Tomé. Located on the Gulf of Guinea, about 200 kilometers from the African continent, the country was colonized by Portugal in the 15th century and became independent in 1975, with Portuguese as the official language and an economy based on agriculture (cocoa, palm oil) and tourism. It should be noted that "Java" is not a city or region of the country; Java is the main island of Indonesia, with cities such as Jakarta and Surabaya, and has nothing to do with São Tomé and Príncipe, possibly due to a confusion of names.
