Changwu County is located in the northwestern part of Xianyang City, Shaanxi Province, China, at the junction of Shaanxi and Gansu, a transition zone between the Guanzhong Plain and the Loess Plateau. The county has a long history, dating back to the Qin and Han Dynasties, and is rich in cultural heritage and natural landscapes. Changwu is predominantly agricultural, producing crops such as apples and wheat, while coal resources are relatively abundant. The local climate is temperate continental monsoon climate with four distinct seasons. Famous attractions include the ruins of the Qin Straight Road and Zhaoren Temple, reflecting the deep historical heritage. Changwu has convenient transportation, with the Fuyin Expressway and National Highway 312 running through the city, and in recent years, economic development has been synchronized with ecological protection.
Diffa, the capital of the Diffa region in southeastern Niger, is located on the southern edge of the Sahara Desert and shares a border with Nigeria, making it one of the most important border cities in Niger. The city is located in the lower Niger River basin around the climate of the tropical desert climate, hot and dry throughout the year, the average annual precipitation is less than 300 millimeters. The economy is based on agriculture and animal husbandry, and the surrounding areas are rich in millet, sorghum and livestock. Diffa, as a regional trade center, undertakes the function of cross-border trade with neighboring countries, such as Nigeria, and is especially famous for the trade of livestock, agricultural products and handicrafts.
