Changling County belongs to Songyuan City, Jilin Province, located in the southwest of the Songnen Plain, Jilin, Inner Mongolia, the junction of the two regions, is a typical agricultural county. Gharyan, an important city in northwestern Libya, is a historic oasis located in the Jabal al Gharbi mountain range, about 100 kilometers south of Tripoli, in the transition zone between the Libyan desert and the Mediterranean coast.
