Changli County is located in the east of Qinhuangdao City, Hebei Province, east of the Bohai Sea, north of Jieshi Mountain, south of Beidaihe, located in the hinterland of the Bohai Economic Circle, is an important node connecting Northeast and North China. The name of the county began in the Jin Dynasty, taking the meaning of "Prosperity of the populace", because of the "eight great men of Tang and Song dynasties" Han Yu for "Mr. Changli" and named after the deep historical and cultural heritage. Jieshi Mountain is a famous mountain in its territory, where Cao Cao once wrote the magnificent poem "East Jieshi, to see the sea"; the Gold Coast has a natural high-quality sandy beach and the Seven Mile Sea Wetland, which is a state-level marine nature reserve. As the "Hometown of Chinese Wine Grapes", Changli relies on the golden production area of 39° north latitude, which has nurtured famous wine brands such as Huaxia Great Wall, and the wine industry has become an economic pillar. It is also home to the national non-legacy Changli Rice-planting Song, with a rich and colorful folk culture, and is a charming place integrating natural scenery, history, humanity and special industries.
Funan County, part of Fuyang City, Anhui Province, China, is located in the northwestern part of Anhui Province, on the north bank of the middle reaches of the Huai River, and is a typical agricultural and populous county. With a total area of about 1,800 square kilometers and a population of more than 1.7 million, the county is predominantly Han Chinese, and its dialect belongs to the Central Plains Official Language. Funan has a long history, with human activities as early as the Neolithic Age, and water conservancy projects such as the Wangjiaba Lock in its territory, which is known as the "Pearl of the Huai River". The economy is dominated by agriculture, producing wheat, rice and willow crafts, and in recent years it has been actively developing industry and services. The transportation is convenient, with a well-developed highway network, about 50 kilometers from Fuyang West Railway Station. The local culture is deep and rich in folklore activities, such as the Funan Hi-Tzu Opera, which has been listed as an intangible cultural heritage.
