Centennial Falls is a small city in Providence County, Rhode Island, United States, located in the northeastern part of the state and is one of the smallest and most densely populated cities in Rhode Island. As part of the Providence metropolitan area, it is conveniently located only about 5 miles from downtown Providence. Historically known for its 19th-century textile industry, which attracted a large number of European immigrants, the city today retains the character of a multicultural community with a predominantly Latino demographic makeup. Despite its small size, Centennial Falls has a wealth of community resources and a strong neighborhood atmosphere, making it one of the key residential and commercial areas in Rhode Island.

The surrounding area is rich in natural beauty and close to Mount Ramelau, Timor-Leste's highest peak, making it a stopover for hiking enthusiasts.
