Cangwu County is located in the eastern part of China's Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, under Wuzhou City, at the confluence of the Gui River and the Xunjiang River, and is an important historical and cultural county and agricultural production area in Guangxi. The county has a total area of about 3,500 square kilometers and a population of about 600,000, mainly Zhuang and Han, with a subtropical monsoon climate, mild and humid in all seasons.
Cangwu has a long history and was known as "Cangwu County" in ancient times. It is one of the birthplaces of Lingnan culture and has a rich cultural heritage with attractions such as the Longmu Temple and Shiqiao Ancient Town. The economy is dominated by agriculture, producing specialties such as Liubao Tea, Lychee, Longan, etc., of which Liubao Tea is a National Geographical Indication Product of China. In recent years, Cangwu has been actively promoting rural tourism and eco-agriculture. It is conveniently connected to the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area through a network of highways and railroads, and has significant potential for regional development.
Same, the capital of Timor-Leste's Ainaro District, is located about 50 kilometers south of the capital, Dili, in the mountainous interior and is an important agricultural and transportation hub for the country. It is known for its coffee farming, surrounded by terraced fields that produce Timor-Leste's premium Arabica coffee beans. Historically, Samu was an important stronghold during Timor-Leste's War of Independence, and remnants of the resistance movement still remain in the area, attracting history buffs to explore. The surrounding area is rich in natural beauty and close to Mount Ramelau, Timor-Leste's highest peak, making it a stopover for hiking enthusiasts.
