Brno is the second largest city in the Czech Republic and is located in the center of the Moravian region, about 200 kilometers from the capital Prague. As the capital of South Moravia, the city is known for its rich cultural heritage, modern technology industry and academic atmosphere.
Brno is steeped in history and its landmarks include the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Villa Tuggenhardt and the twin spires of the Cathedral of St. Peter and St. Paul. Spilberk Castle stands in the center of the city and bears witness to its history from the 13th century to the present day.

Chenghai is located in the eastern part of China's Guangdong Province, a municipal district under the jurisdiction of Shantou City. It is situated at the southern end of the Han River Delta, bordering the South China Sea, and is famous for its overseas Chinese culture and toy manufacturing industry. The region has a total area of about 345 square kilometers and a population of over 700,000. The climate is subtropical and maritime, with mild and humid seasons.
Chenghai's economy is dominated by light industry, and it is one of the world's largest toy production and export bases, with the title of "China Toys and Gifts City". Meanwhile, agriculture is characterized by aquaculture and fruit and vegetable cultivation. Culturally, Chenghai is an important birthplace of Chaoshan culture, preserving a large number of traditional customs and buildings, such as the former residence of Chen Cihong and the Laiwu Tourism Zone. Transportation is convenient, connecting domestic and overseas through Shanfen Expressway and Shantou Waisha Airport.
