Located in Qitaihe City, Heilongjiang Province, China, Boli County is situated in the transition zone between the Sanjiang Plain and Zhangguancailing, making it an important agricultural and resource-oriented city in the northeast. The county covers a total area of about 4,462 square kilometers and has a population of about 300,000, which is predominantly Han Chinese and includes a number of ethnic groups such as Manchus and Koreans.
Bo Li County has a well-developed agricultural industry, producing corn and soybeans, and is known as the "Granary of Heilongjiang". It is rich in mineral resources, with outstanding coal reserves, and its industry is centered on energy and agricultural product processing. In recent years, the county has been actively developing eco-tourism, relying on the forest resources of the Wanda Mountain Range and winter ice and snow projects to attract tourists.

Sevan is a small town in the Armenian province of Gegharkunik, located in the eastern part of the country on the shores of Lake Sevan, about 66 kilometers from the capital city of Yerevan. The town is famous for its eponymous alpine lake, Lake Sevan, one of the largest freshwater lakes in Eurasia, at an altitude of about 1,900 meters above sea level, which is known as the "Pearl of Armenia".
