Boiron is a town in the administrative district of Upper Bavaria in the German state of Bavaria, not an independent state. It is located about 50 kilometers south of Munich on the banks of the Isar River in the northern foothills of the Alps and has a population of about 3,500. The town is known for its rich history, its Catholic Benedictine abbey and its natural beauty.
The Abbey of Boiron, founded in the 8th century, is the central landmark of the area and is known for its Baroque architecture and collection of religious art. The town retains its traditional Bavarian houses, hosts annual Christmas markets and other folklore events, and is surrounded by forests and hills, making it ideal for hiking and cycling tours.
The economy is based on tourism, agriculture and small crafts, with easy access to Munich and the Austrian border by road and rail. Boiron embodies the tranquility and cultural heritage of the Bavarian countryside and is an ideal stopover for exploring the German pre-Alpine region.
Xushui District is located in Baoding, Hebei Province, China, an important constituent area of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. Located in the North China Plain, it has a total area of 723 square kilometers and a population of about 600,000 people. As an ancient county with a long history, Xushui has been established for more than 2,000 years since the Western Han Dynasty, and has a rich cultural heritage such as the Qing Dynasty Palace and ancient battlefield sites.
The region's economy is dominated by manufacturing and agriculture, and part of the production base of the famous Great Wall Motor is located here. Xushui has convenient transportation, with the Beijing-Guangzhou Railway and the Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway passing through, and is only 30 kilometers away from the Xiong'an New Area, which gives it a significant location advantage. The local specialty "Xushui Donkey Meat" is famous throughout the country, and folk activities such as lion dances are also very distinctive.
In recent years, Xushui has been actively integrated into the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development strategy, and has continued to promote urbanization and ecological construction, becoming a modern urban area with development potential in the economic circle around the capital.
