Boiron is a town in the administrative district of Upper Bavaria in the German state of Bavaria, not an independent state. It is located about 50 kilometers south of Munich on the banks of the Isar River in the northern foothills of the Alps and has a population of about 3,500. The town is known for its rich history, its Catholic Benedictine abbey and its natural beauty.
The Abbey of Boiron, founded in the 8th century, is the central landmark of the area and is known for its Baroque architecture and collection of religious art. The town retains its traditional Bavarian houses, hosts annual Christmas markets and other folklore events, and is surrounded by forests and hills, making it ideal for hiking and cycling tours.

Saga is located in the western part of Rikaze City in the Tibet Autonomous Region of China, and is one of the important border counties of Tibet, situated in the northern foothills of the Himalayan Mountains, with an average elevation of about 4,600 meters above sea level. The area is dominated by highland terrain with a cold and dry climate, and boasts magnificent natural landscapes such as the upper reaches of the Yarlung Tsangpo River and numerous snow-capped mountains. Saga is an important area for Tibetan culture, and its inhabitants are predominantly Tibetan, retaining a traditional nomadic life and Tibetan Buddhist practices. The economy is based on animal husbandry and agriculture, and in recent years tourism has gradually developed, attracting tourists to explore its pristine scenery and unique culture. Saga is also of strategic importance as one of the border trade points between China and Nepal.
