Boiron is a town in the administrative district of Upper Bavaria in the German state of Bavaria, not an independent state. It is located about 50 kilometers south of Munich on the banks of the Isar River in the northern foothills of the Alps and has a population of about 3,500. The town is known for its rich history, its Catholic Benedictine abbey and its natural beauty.
The Abbey of Boiron, founded in the 8th century, is the central landmark of the area and is known for its Baroque architecture and collection of religious art. The town retains its traditional Bavarian houses, hosts annual Christmas markets and other folklore events, and is surrounded by forests and hills, making it ideal for hiking and cycling tours.
The economy is based on tourism, agriculture and small crafts, with easy access to Munich and the Austrian border by road and rail. Boiron embodies the tranquility and cultural heritage of the Bavarian countryside and is an ideal stopover for exploring the German pre-Alpine region.
Located in the northern part of Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province, China, Longhua New District was approved by the State Council in 2011 and is the first functional new district in Shenzhen City. The area covers a total area of 175.6 square kilometers, with 6 streets under the jurisdiction of Guanhu, Minzhi, Longhua, Dalang, Fucheng and Guanlan, and a resident population of about 2 million.
As an important industrial agglomeration area in Shenzhen, Longhua New District has formed a modern industrial system focusing on electronic information, artificial intelligence, biomedicine, fashion and creativity. With well-known enterprise parks such as Foxconn and Huawei, and a GDP exceeding 300 billion yuan in 2022, it is an important science and technology innovation and advanced manufacturing base in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Greater Bay Area.
The new zone is located at Shenzhen North Railway Station, an important high-speed railway hub in South China, with 4 subway lines running through the whole zone, and 30 minutes to Hong Kong and Guangzhou. Adjacent to Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport, it has formed a three-dimensional transportation network of "high-speed rail + metro + aviation", and is deeply integrated into the "one-hour living circle" of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Greater Bay Area.
Longhua New District is accelerating the construction of "Digital Longhua" urban core area, focusing on building the North Railway Station International Business District, Kowloon Peak Digital City and other key areas. With Mission Hills National 5A Scenic Spot, China Printmaking Museum and other cultural landmarks, Longhua New District is developing into a modernized, internationalized, innovative and centralized new city that is pleasant to live and work in.
