Boiron is a town in the administrative district of Upper Bavaria in the German state of Bavaria, not an independent state. It is located about 50 kilometers south of Munich on the banks of the Isar River in the northern foothills of the Alps and has a population of about 3,500. The town is known for its rich history, its Catholic Benedictine abbey and its natural beauty.
The Abbey of Boiron, founded in the 8th century, is the central landmark of the area and is known for its Baroque architecture and collection of religious art. The town retains its traditional Bavarian houses, hosts annual Christmas markets and other folklore events, and is surrounded by forests and hills, making it ideal for hiking and cycling tours.

Kangding, located in the eastern part of Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture in Sichuan Province, is an important historical and cultural city and tourist attraction in western Sichuan, known as the "hometown of love songs" and the "thoroughfare of Tibet and the West". This plateau city at an altitude of 2,560 meters, because of a "Kangding Love Song" world-famous, meandering folding river through the city, and running horse mountain, Muguo and other natural landscapes. As the core area of Khamba culture, it integrates the multi-ethnic styles of Tibet, Han and Yi, and the ancient potshuang dance, melodious Tibetan folk songs and unique architectural features tell of a thousand years of cultural intermingling. Kangding is not only an important station on the Tea and Horse Road, but also a golden node for tourism in western Sichuan.
