Boiron is a town in the administrative district of Upper Bavaria in the German state of Bavaria, not an independent state. It is located about 50 kilometers south of Munich on the banks of the Isar River in the northern foothills of the Alps and has a population of about 3,500. The town is known for its rich history, its Catholic Benedictine abbey and its natural beauty.
The Abbey of Boiron, founded in the 8th century, is the central landmark of the area and is known for its Baroque architecture and collection of religious art. The town retains its traditional Bavarian houses, hosts annual Christmas markets and other folklore events, and is surrounded by forests and hills, making it ideal for hiking and cycling tours.
The economy is based on tourism, agriculture and small crafts, with easy access to Munich and the Austrian border by road and rail. Boiron embodies the tranquility and cultural heritage of the Bavarian countryside and is an ideal stopover for exploring the German pre-Alpine region.
Chongxin County is located in the eastern part of Pingliang City, Gansu Province, China, at the southern foot of the Loess Plateau in Longdong, an important node of the ancient Silk Road. With a total area of 850 square kilometers and a population of about 100,000, the county is predominantly Han Chinese, with Hui and other minorities living in harmony. The climate is temperate and semi-arid, with four distinct seasons and an average annual temperature of about 10℃.
Chongxin County has historical sites such as Longquan Temple and Wulong Mountain, among which the Longquan Temple Grottoes of the Tang Dynasty is a national key cultural relics protection unit. The local specialties Chongxin apples and houma oil are famous, and coal resources are rich in reserves. In recent years, it has been actively developing cultural tourism and specialty agriculture, and is regarded as an important part of "Longdong Granary".
Chongxin has convenient transportation, with G70 Fuyin Expressway and Baozhong Railway passing through the city, and Pingliang Airport is only 50 kilometers away. The economy is based on agriculture, industry is based on coal mining and agricultural product processing, and ecotourism and new energy industries are being actively cultivated, making it one of the key counties for rural revitalization in Gansu Province.
