Boiron is a town in the administrative district of Upper Bavaria in the German state of Bavaria, not an independent state. It is located about 50 kilometers south of Munich on the banks of the Isar River in the northern foothills of the Alps and has a population of about 3,500. The town is known for its rich history, its Catholic Benedictine abbey and its natural beauty.
The Abbey of Boiron, founded in the 8th century, is the central landmark of the area and is known for its Baroque architecture and collection of religious art. The town retains its traditional Bavarian houses, hosts annual Christmas markets and other folklore events, and is surrounded by forests and hills, making it ideal for hiking and cycling tours.
The economy is based on tourism, agriculture and small crafts, with easy access to Munich and the Austrian border by road and rail. Boiron embodies the tranquility and cultural heritage of the Bavarian countryside and is an ideal stopover for exploring the German pre-Alpine region.
Located in the northern part of China's Zhejiang Province, Changxing County is part of Huzhou City and is situated in the central region of the Yangtze River Delta, making it an important industrial base and ecological demonstration area in the province. It has a total area of 1,430 square kilometers and a population of about 640,000 people.
Changxing's economy is dominated by new energy, electronic information, and equipment manufacturing, and it has a national-level economic and technological development zone. The local specialty "Changxing Purple Bamboo Shoots Tea" was a tribute product in Tang Dynasty, and the ruins of the Tang Dynasty Tribute Tea House are preserved. The geological site of Golden Nail and the Yangtse Alligator Nature Reserve are its landmark natural landscapes.
The transportation network is well-developed, with Hangzhou-Nanjing High Speed Railway and Shen-Su-Zhe-Anhui High Speed Railway running through the whole area, and it is within 2 hours' drive from Hangzhou and Shanghai. In recent years, it has focused on the development of green energy industry, and is known as "China's green power energy center".
