Beilun District is located in the eastern part of Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province, China, and is a core component of Ningbo Zhoushan Port, as well as an important coastal open area and manufacturing base in China. With a total area of about 614 square kilometers and a population of about 900,000, the district is well known for its deep-water port and international trade hub status.
Beilun Port, as one of the world's largest ports in terms of cargo throughput, undertakes a large number of container and bulk cargo transportation operations, driving the rapid development of the regional economy. The district has a number of state-level development zones focusing on petrochemical, energy, machinery and high-end manufacturing industries, which have attracted many international companies to invest.
In addition, Beilun District is conveniently connected to cities such as Shanghai and Hangzhou via cross-sea bridges, and boasts rich coastline resources and cultural and tourist attractions, such as the Jiufeng Mountain and Yangshashan Scenic Area, which blends industrial vitality with natural landscapes.
The Uruguayan Riviera, located in southeastern Uruguay, is a tranquil coastal resort on the Atlantic coast near the well-known tourist city of Punta del Este. Known for its long stretches of white sandy beaches, crystal clear waters and laid-back atmosphere, the resort attracts travelers looking for a high-end experience. The resort boasts boutique hotels, golf courses and Michelin restaurants, and is surrounded by wine estates and nature reserves where you can experience specialty activities such as surfing, equestrian or whale watching. With a greater emphasis on privacy and natural beauty than the bustle of Punta del Este, the Riviera is a great example of Uruguay's "low-key luxury" tourism, suitable for family vacations, couples' honeymoons, or meditation trips.
