Located in the central part of Heilongjiang Province, China, Beilin District is the only municipal district and administrative center of Suihua City, situated in the transition zone between the Songnen Plain and the remnants of the Xiaoxinganling Mountains. As the political, economic and cultural center of Suihua City, Beilin District has a total area of 2,756 square kilometers and a population of about 900,000, with a temperate continental monsoon climate and four distinct seasons.
The region is rich in agricultural resources and is a national commercial grain base and a standardized production base for green food raw materials, producing corn, soybeans, rice and other crops. Located in the western part of Guangdong Province, Luoding is a county-level city under the administration of Yunfu City, known as the "Gateway to Western Guangdong" and the "Breadbasket of Lingnan", situated at the crossroads of Guangfu and Bagui cultures, with a long history of more than 1,400 years since it was established in the Southern Dynasty, and is one of the "Ancient Cultural Counties of Guangdong".
