Beigan is located in the northern part of the Matsu Islands in Taiwan, China, and is the second largest island in Lianjiang County (Matsu), with an area of about 9.3 square kilometers. The topography of the island is hilly, with the highest walled mountain at 298 meters above sea level, and it has characteristic landscapes such as the Serpi Mindong Ancient Cottage Cluster and Banli Beach. As a war front, there are historical relics such as military tunnels and lighthouses, making it a unique tourism resource that combines the culture of eastern Fujian with the characteristics of a war zone. Most residents make their living in the fishing and tourism industries, and it is connected to the main island of Taiwan through Beigan Airport, making it a representative destination for experiencing Matsu's traditional stone-collection architecture and island scenery.
Located in the southern part of Azerbaijan, Satre District is an important administrative division of the country, known for its natural beauty and agricultural economy. With a total area of about 770 square kilometers and a population of about 100,000, the district is situated in the belt of the Lesser Caucasus Mountains, with a mountainous terrain and a mild climate suitable for the cultivation of cereals and fruits.
