Bayan is an emerging city in Kuwait's Capital Province, located on the shores of Kuwait Bay, approximately 20 kilometers from the capital city of Kuwait City, and is known for its modern urban planning and livability. Shimen County is located in the northwestern part of China's Hunan Province, belonging to Changde City, and is situated in the transition zone from the Wuling Mountains to the Dongting Lake Plain.
