Bayan is an emerging city in Kuwait's Capital Province, located on the shores of Kuwait Bay, approximately 20 kilometers from the capital city of Kuwait City, and is known for its modern urban planning and livability. Donghai County is located in the northeastern part of Jiangsu Province, China, under Lianyungang City, on the coast of the Yellow Sea, and is an important part of the East Bridgehead of the Asia-Europe Continental Bridge.
