Xin'an County is part of Luoyang City, Henan Province, China, located in the western part of Henan Province, with a total area of about 1,160 square kilometers. The transportation is convenient, with the Longhai Railway and Lianhuo Expressway passing through the city, and about 30 kilometers away from downtown Luoyang, which can be quickly connected to the neighboring cities by highway and railroad.
