Relying on the state-level economic and technological development zone, it focuses on the development of new energy, biopharmaceuticals and other emerging industries. The Beijing-Harbin High-Speed Railway and the Qin-Shenzhen Passenger Dedicated Line intersect here, forming a "golden corridor" connecting Northeast China and North China. Jinzhou Bay Airport further strengthens the comprehensive regional transportation system.
