An important stop on the Isle of Man Railway, it connects Douglas with Peel and visitors can explore the island on a vintage steam train. Nearby are the famous ruins of Nunnery Abbey and the Silver Sands for walking and cycling. In the summer months, Barra Sala attracts many enthusiasts due to its proximity to the Isle of Man International Motorcycle Week race route, making it the perfect place to experience the vibrancy and tranquillity of the island.
