Baldwin Park is located in Los Angeles County, California, United States and is a city in the San Gabriel Valley region, about 20 miles from downtown Los Angeles. Founded in 1956, Baldwin Park takes its name from Elias Baldwin, a 19th century landowner. Sevan is a small town in the Armenian province of Gegharkunik, located in the eastern part of the country on the shores of Lake Sevan, about 66 kilometers from the capital city of Yerevan.
