Baldwin Park is located in Los Angeles County, California, United States and is a city in the San Gabriel Valley region, about 20 miles from downtown Los Angeles. The city covers an area of about 6.7 square miles and has a population of about 75,000, and is known for its multicultural community and convenient transportation location.
Founded in 1956, Baldwin Park takes its name from Elias Baldwin, a 19th century landowner. The economy is dominated by retail and light industry, with a large shopping mall and logistics center, and proximity to the 10 freeway, which connects Los Angeles to the Inland Empire, attracting many businesses.
The city has a predominantly Latino population (over 70%), blending Mexican and American cultures and hosting annual traditional festivals. Baldwin Park is also known for its innovative food culture and is home to the international restaurant chain Panda Express. The community offers parks, libraries, and recreational facilities, and the cost of living is below the Los Angeles County average.

Gandanwei County, belonging to Leshan City in Sichuan Province, is located in the hinterland of southern Sichuan, the middle and lower reaches of the Minjiang River, and is an important node connecting the Chengdu Plain with the western region of Panxi. With a history of more than 2,000 years, this small city has been the "Gateway to South Sichuan" since ancient times, and the water transportation on the Minjiang River once brought merchants and traders together, and today it still retains a strong historical heritage and fireworks atmosphere.
