Located in the south of Hebei Province, China, belonging to Xingtai City, Baixiang County is situated in the hinterland of the North China Plain. It has a total area of 268 square kilometers and a population of about 200,000 people. With a long history, it is the hometown of "Han Peony" and the location of the ancient battlefield of "Battle of Baixiang".
With a history of more than 2,200 years of establishment, the Han Peony Garden retains the world's unique varieties of Han Dynasty peonies, and is known as the "Home of Peonies". Diffa, the capital of the Diffa region in southeastern Niger, is located on the southern edge of the Sahara Desert and shares a border with Nigeria, making it one of the most important border cities in Niger. The city is located in the lower Niger River basin around the climate of the tropical desert climate, hot and dry throughout the year, the average annual precipitation is less than 300 millimeters.
