Located in the Penghu Islands, Baisa, Taiwan, China is the core area of Baisa Township, Penghu County, which consists of islands such as Baisa Island, Zhongtun Island and Wuqiuyu Island, and is separated from the main island of Taiwan, China, by the sea. It is famous for its pure white sandy beach, clear sea water and unique basalt geological landscape, and is a famous coastal tourist destination in Taiwan. Luyi County is located in the eastern part of Henan Province in China, belonging to Zhoukou City, and is situated in the Yellow-Huaihai Plain, which is one of the birthplaces of Taoist culture.
