Baise is located in the western part of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, upstream of the Right River, and is an important city at the junction of Yunnan-Guizhou-Guizhou provinces, known as the "Red Sacred Land", where Deng Xiaoping, Zhang Yunyi, and other leaders launched the Baise Uprising in 1929, creating the Seventh Army of the Chinese Workers' and Peasants' Red Army and the revolutionary base on the Right River, leaving behind a wealth of red cultural resources. The natural scenery here is exquisite, with Leye Tiankeng World Geopark, Tongling Grand Canyon and other karst landform wonders, known as the "World Museum of Tiankeng". At the same time, Baise is a multi-ethnic settlement area, Zhuang, Yao and other ethnic minority cultures are rich, the annual "March 3 of the Zhuang" activities are unique.
