Arba Minch, the capital of the Southern Region of Ethiopia, is located in the southern part of the Rift Valley and is known as the "City of the South". Alushta is a coastal city on the southern coast of the Crimean Peninsula in Ukraine, located on the Black Sea coast, about 30 kilometers from Yalta. The city is situated on the narrow coastal strip between the Crimean Mountains and the Black Sea and has a mild Mediterranean-style climate.
Alushta is known for its beautiful nature, surrounded by vineyards and orchards. With several beaches and sanatoriums, the city is a famous vacation destination in Ukraine. The nearby Crimean Nature Reserve and Demerdzhi Mountain attract many hikers.
