Aleppo, a historic city in northern Syria, is located in Aleppo province near the Turkish border and was once an important trading hub on the ancient Silk Road. Guangping County is located in the southern part of Hebei Province, China, under the jurisdiction of Handan City, and is situated in the hinterland of the North China Plain. It has a total area of 320 square kilometers and a population of about 300,000 people. The local intangible cultural heritage programs "Guangping Layang Piece" and "Plum Blossom Fist" are listed in the provincial intangible cultural heritage protection list. Every year, the Guangping Traditional Temple Fair on March 28 of the lunar calendar attracts a large number of tourists from the surrounding area, showing the charm of local folklore.
