Located in the west-central part of China's Guizhou Province, Anshun is an important prefecture-level city in the province, known for its rich natural landscape and diverse culture. Located on the Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau, the city enjoys a mild climate with an average annual temperature of about 14°C, making it an ideal tourist destination.
Anshun is home to the world-famous Huangguoshu Waterfall, one of the largest waterfalls in Asia and listed in the Guinness Book of World Records. Longgong Scenic Area, on the other hand, attracts tourists with karst caves and underground river systems. In addition, the area is inhabited by the Buyi and Miao ethnic groups, with a rich and colorful ethnic culture, and traditional festivals such as the "Flower Jumping Festival" displaying unique folk customs.
The economy of Anshun is based on tourism, agriculture and light industry, with specialties including tea and Chinese herbs. The city is conveniently connected to major cities such as Guiyang and Kunming via the Hukun High Speed Railway and highway network, and domestic flights are available from Anshun Huangguoshu Airport.
São Tomé and Príncipe is an island country in west-central Africa, consisting of the islands of São Tomé and Príncipe and the surrounding islets, with the capital, São Tomé, located in the northeastern part of São Tomé. Located on the Gulf of Guinea, about 200 kilometers from the African continent, the country was colonized by Portugal in the 15th century and became independent in 1975, with Portuguese as the official language and an economy based on agriculture (cocoa, palm oil) and tourism. It should be noted that "Java" is not a city or region of the country; Java is the main island of Indonesia, with cities such as Jakarta and Surabaya, and has nothing to do with São Tomé and Príncipe, possibly due to a confusion of names.
