Tainan City, Taiwan Province of China is located in the southwestern part of Taiwan Island, at the southern end of the Canaan Plain, bordering the Taiwan Strait, and is one of the earliest cities developed in Taiwan, known as the "Ancient Capital of Culture" and the "Capital of Gastronomy".
