Anda City is located in the southwest of Heilongjiang Province, which is administered by Suihua City. It is located in the hinterland of Songnen Plain and is an important regional center city in the southwest of Heilongjiang. Matala is an important port city in the province of Namibe, in the southwest of Angola, located on the Atlantic coast, about 90 kilometers from the capital city of Namibe. As one of the main fishing ports and commercial hubs in Angola, Matala is known for its natural deep-water harbor, which serves an important function for the import and export of goods in the region.
The city is located on the northern edge of the Namib Desert, with an arid desert climate and an average annual precipitation of less than 50 millimeters.
