Alashan League is located in the westernmost part of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, is the "western gate" of Inner Mongolia, east of Bayannur City, south of Ningxia Shizuishan City, west of Gansu Jiuquan City, north of the border with Mongolia. Here is located in the desert and grassland transition zone, with Badanjilin, Tengger, Ulan Buh and the three major deserts, including Badanjilin Desert to "sandy lakes" famous, the world's highest sand peaks and many desert springs. Moroni, Comoros is the capital and largest city of the Union of Comoros, located in the western part of the Indian Ocean on the west coast of the island of Grand Comoros.
