Alicaria is a small city in the eastern part of Sierra Leone, located along the Nairobi River in a tropical monsoon climate zone with high temperatures and rainfall throughout the year and dense vegetation. Agriculture is the main economic activity in the area, and most of the local residents are engaged in rice, coffee and cocoa cultivation, and the products are mainly sold to the capital city of Freetown and the surrounding areas. Arikaria retains traditional Mande and Limba cultures, and local handicrafts such as wood carving and colored pottery are quite distinctive. Despite relatively weak infrastructure, transportation and healthcare have gradually improved in recent years as the government promotes rural development. As one of the cultural nodes in the eastern part of Serali, Arikaria blends natural ecology with humanistic flavor, and is a window into local rural life.
São Tomé and Príncipe is an island country in west-central Africa, consisting of the islands of São Tomé and Príncipe and the surrounding islets, with the capital, São Tomé, located in the northeastern part of São Tomé. Located on the Gulf of Guinea, about 200 kilometers from the African continent, the country was colonized by Portugal in the 15th century and became independent in 1975, with Portuguese as the official language and an economy based on agriculture (cocoa, palm oil) and tourism. It should be noted that "Java" is not a city or region of the country; Java is the main island of Indonesia, with cities such as Jakarta and Surabaya, and has nothing to do with São Tomé and Príncipe, possibly due to a confusion of names.
