Alien is an administrative district located in Kaohsiung City, Taiwan Province of China, situated at the junction of the Tainan Plain and the hills, with agriculture and traditional industries as its main focus. The area has a long history and is rich in cultural heritage and natural landscapes, such as the famous A-lien Tin Hau Temple and the surrounding idyllic scenery. The population of Alian is about 30,000, mainly Minnanese, with Minnanese as the common language. The economy is based on rice and fruit cultivation and small and medium-sized manufacturing industries, and in recent years it has gradually developed leisure agriculture and tourism. The transportation is convenient, connecting to major cities via the Taiwan Railway and Kaohsiung MRT systems. With its simple folkways and unique local characteristics, Alien has become one of the representative areas to experience Taiwan's rural culture.
Located in the southern part of Azerbaijan, Satre District is an important administrative division of the country, known for its natural beauty and agricultural economy. With a total area of about 770 square kilometers and a population of about 100,000, the district is situated in the belt of the Lesser Caucasus Mountains, with a mountainous terrain and a mild climate suitable for the cultivation of cereals and fruits.

The economy is predominantly agricultural, producing wheat, grapes and nuts. Traditional Azerbaijani culture is preserved in the region, with handicrafts and folk festivals attracting tourists. The Satre district is easily accessible by road, connecting major cities and serving as an important gateway for exploring the south of Azerbaijan.
