Aihui District, belonging to Heihe City of Heilongjiang Province, is located in the northern part of Heilongjiang Province in the northernmost part of China, at the northern foot of Xiaoxing'anling Mountain, on the south bank of the middle reaches of Heilongjiang River, across the river from Russia, and is an important border window city in northern China.
