Achar is a small town in Uruguay, located in the center of the country, in the department of Florida. Tingri County is located in the southwestern part of Shigatse City, Tibet Autonomous Region, China, and is home to the world's highest peak, Mount Everest. Tingri is located in the northern foothills of the middle Himalayas, with a border of more than 200 kilometers, and shares a border with Nepal. National Highway 318 runs through the whole area, and Tingri Airport is under planning and construction. The economy is based on animal husbandry and tourism, with specialties such as yak products, Tibetan medicine and handicrafts. The government is actively promoting the coordinated development of ecotourism and cultural heritage protection.
