Abu Yar Ali (Jubail) is a major coastal city in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia, located on the Persian Gulf coast, about 400 kilometers from the capital city of Riyadh. As one of the core hubs of Saudi industrialization, Jubail has one of the largest industrial cities in the world - Jubail Industrial City and Jubail Royal Commission City, covering diversified industries such as petrochemicals, metal manufacturing, and desalination, making it one of the largest petrochemical production bases in the Middle East. Its deep-water port, Jubail Port, is a major hub for Saudi Arabia's maritime trade, connecting it to the global shipping network, while the city's periphery boasts a world-class desalination plant, which provides Saudi Arabia with a large amount of fresh water resources. Jubail is one of the key cities in Saudi Arabia's "Vision 2030" to promote economic diversification due to its favorable geographical location, excellent industrial infrastructure and strategic economic position.
São Tomé and Príncipe is an island country in west-central Africa, consisting of the islands of São Tomé and Príncipe and the surrounding islets, with the capital, São Tomé, located in the northeastern part of São Tomé. Located on the Gulf of Guinea, about 200 kilometers from the African continent, the country was colonized by Portugal in the 15th century and became independent in 1975, with Portuguese as the official language and an economy based on agriculture (cocoa, palm oil) and tourism. It should be noted that "Java" is not a city or region of the country; Java is the main island of Indonesia, with cities such as Jakarta and Surabaya, and has nothing to do with São Tomé and Príncipe, possibly due to a confusion of names.
