Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture, located in the northwest of Sichuan Province and on the southeast edge of the Tibetan Plateau, is the core area of the Sichuan-Yunnan ecological barrier. With an average altitude of more than 3,500 meters, Aba is an important water source for the upper reaches of the Yangtze and Yellow Rivers, and has two world natural heritages, Jiuzhaigou and Huanglong, as well as magnificent landscapes such as the Four Girls' Mountains and Ruoergai Grassland, and is known as the "Wonderland of the Earth" and the "Natural Animal and Plant Genetic Repository". Schaan, the largest municipality in the Principality of Liechtenstein, is located in the north of the country on the border with Switzerland and is one of the economic and industrial centers of Liechtenstein.
